Mark is a Certified Fitness Trainer, Nutritionist & Mental Performance Coach and currently a graduate student of Sport & Performance Psychology at San Diego University for Integrative Studies. Mark currently plays professional lacrosse for the Chaos LC of the PLL and San Diego Seals in the NLL.

Brian Callanan is a former US Marine Corp Sergeant and law enforcement officer who has over 3 decades of experience leading, training and motivating students, athletes and high-achieving professionals. As instructor and coach, he encourages leadership, personal responsibility, academic achievement, integrity and team spirit.
